Halls tree service did an amazing job. I would recommend them absolutely!
I am responding to a review from (K) on Halls Tree service removing trees from our yard in Carolina Shores ..... We were very pleased with Hall's tree removal .. he was very professional and his crew done a great job..... Our yard was left very immaculate ..... as far as the neighbor (k) flower pot being broken.. She never approached us about the damage , she decided to contact the neighbor across the street.... Accidents happen & sometimes damage occurs. If it does, know that to the injured party, monetary compensation for broken items is often the smallest part of it. Please make sure complaints by customers' neighbors are addressed in a timely manner, & do not dismiss legitimate claims out of hand. It's important to be acknowledged & to know that the responsible party is willing to own up to the problem & offer an apology.
