Just flabbergasted how the drop off/demonstration of our boat happened that we just bought. Gunnar told us when we visited that the boat would be brought to us, taken out in the water and we'd be taken out for a brief ride to demonstrate all the functions. In addition, he said all the broken clips on the cover would be repaired. We were told to come meet someone at the Grand Haven store today at 5:30.
