I have 1 of my units for a long time. I got another one 3 year ago. It's easy to get to. The office staff is wonderful and knowledgeable. Angiela help me with one of my unit that I no longer need. I was check out in a day. She was very pleasant to talk to and help me with the forms. Thanks Angiela.

I had a pleasant experience on the phone with the representative. I am an older lady (not tech savvy) and I ask LOTS of questions. She was patient with assisting me in the process and made the whole process stress free.
Nor did a great job setting everything up for me.
It was an amazing experience. The representative was very helpful, the place is clean, secure. Props to APS for giving top-notch storage service.
