Raised rates three times to over $220 originally it $160. New storage unit built down the street a year ago and I think they lost customers maybe and lowered their rates . They kept current customers at the higher rates and the only way they found out about rate decrease is by going online and seeing their rates. They've been over charging loyal customers . This feels like theft!! I was told if I wanted the lower rates I would have to move my stuff out and rent another unit the same size next to mine and pay a admin fee agai... read more
