They raised my rate 3 times over 6 months, they force you to get insurance and spoiler alert the insurance that they provide doesn’t cover water or mouse damage which is the damage that I have experienced. The facility is old and the units doors are bent up and will leak water into your unit. I’ve also had a door sometimes get stuck open, and no one was available to assist me.
