Would put zero stars if I could. John has worked for me for several years. In May of 2024 I paid John Hall $3,895.81 to begin electrical work on a rental property. John has refused to begin work on the property and he has refused to refund my money. He is no longer taking my calls. I am now suing Mr. Hall in small claims court to try and get my money back.

John was amazing. He was nice, friendly, and helpful. We had a generator that needed to be serviced on our motorhome and he came out after hours to help us. 10/10 recommend!

! He showed up a month after I paid for parts and install! ! I had to threaten him with Small Claims Court just to get him out of his house and fix my generator!! He was paid up front $350 because he said he had to pay his personal bills out of the business! Then he wants to charge ANOTHER $120 to install!! This was included in the $350! The part cost $159! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Jon with Hall's Power Service is absolutely amazing. He was prompt, had the knowledge and the patience to repair my Onan RV generator in my motorhome that has been giving me trouble for YEARS! He did THOROUGH work to ensure that the job was done right, and proved just how terrible past generator repair technicians had treated me in the past.
