What I did like was the owner came to my home and spend a lengthy amount of time assessing my heating system and had some good advice. Hall's saved my butt! The blower on my ancient furnace seized up, so no A/C during the hottest days of the year. I was planning on replacing the furnace soon anyway, but since I had just purchased the house, I can't immediately afford that. I just wanted a stop-gap solution. Just purchased a new home where my AC wasn't working correctly. Service was excellent when they checked my AC unit, very polite and explained everything that was going on within the unit. Purchased my the new AC from them as well and it was the quickest service I've ever had. The two guys were polite and arrived on time and we let them do there thing. Had a brand new Cadet boiler installed by Halls approximately 10 years ago. It replaced a boiler that was a approximately 30-40 years old that worked without issue until the day I replaced it. The newer boiler has been nothing but problems from day one. It has caused me thousands of dollars in repairs since installation. Each and every winter since it was installed I've had to call techs to the house (various companies have serviced it). Often 2-3 visits are required every winter.
