I paid for a "rental" for 2 years. Was told when I signed that it was a 1 year agreement payment plan. When I confronted them, they offered to SELL me the cooler for an additional fee of $75, after paying $50/mo for 26 months. They sell the cooler new for $125.00. They have NEVER delivered water to me, and they have NEVER cleaned my cooler! GOODBYE CULLIGAN!
Culligan was charging me too much for my water service and my cooler was never cleaned for years. When another company came out to sell me water we discovered my old Culligan machine was scum/build-up in it. Gross! Needless to say I switched to another company.
