Needed a repair on my 2014 Nissan Rogue right after the holidays. I scheduled an appointment online but didn’t realize those had to be confirmed. Halls Auto called me in the following Monday after I had dropped off the vehicle and said they would take a look at the issue. Because I had not scheduled the appointment they could not fix it same day but said I could take the vehicle until they had the part in for the fix. Did a phenomenal job of keeping me informed on what was wrong with my truck and what needed to be done! Got fixed and backed me within two days!
Hall's auto was great but in the end they we're very disrespectful and we ourselves will never go back to them again until we ourselves get an apology from the book keeper.
