Michael as very friendly, he knew his stuff. He did a good job of setting up our search criteria to filter out houses. Knew the ins and outs of the area. He did a good job communicating both with us, and the other agents with our questions about the place. We found him after looking at an open house from Zillow on our own that he was selling. We ended up not wanting that house, but we then contacted him about looking for others.
