I retained this attorney back in July for a divorce but decided against this after reconciling with my husband. I have been trying to get ahold of him since November to get a refund of the retainer minus any fees that I incurred. Mr Halloran has NEVER returned a call once. One time I was lucky to reach him while he happened to be home with covid. He said he would be returning to the office the following Thursday and would look into it. Still no response.
