I've been getting my appliances at Hallock's for years. In fact I live in NJ and travel there just for the prices. I've bought their scratch n dent models, all brand new everytime. The prices are incredible and the "Scratch 'n Dent" part in my experience has been some very small blemish that when it's installed you don't even see it. Went in to check out the place. Was talked to by the manager. Asked him a few questions and he didn't seem to like it when I said I was going to shop around. What a rude person. I'd never buy anything from him. I hope the other people are nicer to customers.

I purchased a NEW fridge and it was a good deal. It was new and still taped up, all the parts were there, and the price was a steal. It has a dent in the side but it was the side that's near the wall so no one will ever see it..

Scratch and dent is used, not new like they say. Saw lint in dryers. Refrigerators smell. STAY AWAY

Hallocks is the best...they have been around forever. Their sales people are knowledgible (you can buy from Biff at the chain store but do they really know anything??). Stick with Hallock's for a great price and great products

THEY SELL GARBAGE ELECTRONICS AND WILL NOT GIVE YOU AND HELO WHEN YOUR ITEM IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY, THEY WANT YOUR MONEY AND THEN.....THATS IT

I bought a brand new washier and dryer from this store. The dryer was defective and started smoking the first time I turned it on. I called the store and they couldnt care less. They told me to call back the next day and would send a repair person to look at it. They wouldnt explain their return policy or answer any of my questions.They made it very clear they didnt care about my issue.
