I had an amazing experience working with Cheri from Hallmark Real Estate while purchasing my home! She was very knowledgeable, patient and quick to answer any questions, as this was my first time buying. I also worked some with Alana, who was amazing as well! I'm so glad to have went through them...I highly recommend Hallmark Real Estate!
Terrible experience with the broker, Alana- we are looking for a rental/income property and have come from out of country. Alana ignored our texts (x2) and calls (x3) and the home we were interested in was under contract before having an opportunity to see it. Despite being the broker, Alana did not pass along our info to any of her agents, nor did she provide us with the info for the listing agents.
