DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! We rented from the company. Paid our rent as we should. However somebody in the office must have been pocketing the money because the checks were cashed but t$6000he money was not applied to our rent. WE moved in mid December, Hallmarks Office Team put in their system that we moved in Mid November. So in their system they had back tracked rent and applied to a month before. Renting – I rented from this company after my home had been burned down. They worked hand in hand with my insurance company to quickly find me a great home. I never had problems getting in touch with them for maintenance or any other issues. I liked that I could always view my account online. Their staff was always polite. I would definitely recommend them.
Renting – Do not use this company to rent. You call don't get called back, ask for showing takes forever. They tell you they are going to do something and never do. They are not very professional when it comes to helping clients
