This is by far the worst company I have ever rented property from. They put zero into the maintenance of their properties so my unit was in terrible condition with numerous problems. The management was highly unreliable and it was often difficult to get a response or help with any issue. The rent is also far too high given the low quality of the buildings and zero renovations. These guys have been managing our building for a few years now. Have been there during a couple urgent times and always very responsive. Very prompt and professional. I highly recommend them.
