This location has the most friendliest atmosphere, super helpful, and the wait was comfortable. Ashlyn was absolutely amazing with all the assistance and explain everything that needed to be corrected. I would definitely recommend this locations for any mechanical issues or repairs or just plain service work. Definitely will make the drive to this location for all my vehicles issues.
I had a great experience with Ashlyn Johnson in the service dept. I'm new to the area and did not buy my 22 Sante Fe from Hallmark. Ashlyn made the day so smooth for me, 2 recalls, a 45k mile inspection, and oil change. Ashlyn knew what I was going to ask before I did. She kept me updated on the schedule throughout the day, advised me on tires, and sent me home with great info. She's friendly, super helpful, and you can tell she loves her job. If that's how this dealership is run, we'll be customers for life.
Had a difficult situation with daughter’s car far from home and we received the best service and customer care from Ashlyn in service who went above and beyond. Service was excellent. Thank you Ashlyn and Hallmark.
I had several recalls on my Elantra that I needed to have taken care of and had been putting off for a while. I reached out to the service department here and they were very helpful with my needs, and were able to work with my schedule on getting things set up. I'm disabled, and can't travel too far. This location is over an hour from where I live, so they were able to work with me on a time frame that more than allowed me to get there on time.
