The service department is one of the best I’ve had dealings with was my service writer and is definitely an asset to your organization. Her knowledge, kindness, and hard work makes her a great part of your dealership.
I've been going there for almost a decade and they have always been good to us. Would recommend if you need a someone to take a look at your vehicle.
Deceptive dishonest company. They engage in bait and switches. I took my car to them on Aug 8 due to engine stalling. They assured me they would do a fuel diagnostic. Checking the vacuum hoses and fuel system and everything. They kept my car until Aug 22. I had to call them to find out the car status. They sent me the vehicle tracker and then said oh that thing never works. The service advisor claimed she had called for several days and the car had been finished for several days. My car has been with the service department since July 28th (today is August 27th). I was told I would need to leave it for a couple of days and now it is in the 5th week. I've left at least 1 voicemail per week, sometimes 2-3, and nobody calls me back. We went in person on August 16th to address this issue and the Service Manager apologized.
