I purchased this car sight unseen. Scotty sent me a video of the car, and cosmetically it is in great shape as he promised. Aaron let me know that selling the car to me, a full asking price cash buyer was inconvenient for him. Even after I asked if I could pay full price for the car, and could they hold it on their lot while I organized a way to get over the Medford to avoid paying the 800 dollar delivery fee, he refused. Didn’t have car I wanted when they said they had it. Then car smelt like smoke the showed. Waste of time

This dealership gave me a final price of almost $40000 and would not negotiate on price. Basiclly here's the price take it or leave it. Then gave me a low trade in offer $4000 and said I would be lucky to get more. Well a small used car dealer gave me $6500. I would not recommend this dealership.

Paul, we do price our cars at a huge discount upfront online at 98% of the market and the trade ins are evaluated by CarFax based on the history of the vehicle. The dealership transfered the vehicle to another dealership in Heritage dealership and sold it as I was signing the paperwork.

The salesman told me he would not accept any pre-approvals from car gurus or credit unions for this car. So I looked into finacing through them and the best they could offer me was double what I was pre approved for. The car salesman with the fake teeth repeatedly lied to me he is an absolute crook. Watch out for this place. They live up to all the typical stereotypes of shady car salesman.
