$7,124.12 Bait and switch. Quoted me 26k out the door. Drove the car. Did not give me 26k out the door. Sales manager tried blaming the salesman. Finance guy wouldn't get me gap coverage unless I bought a $2k warranty i didnt want or need. Then blasted the loan another 12 months to still not get me the payment i needed. Between what I should have borrowed and what i did plus the extra year of interest from their deceit and lack of integrity till cost me $7,124.12 more than I agreed to before going to the dealership. I tried to reach out multiple times and every time a different sales representative would tell me a different story about the car and it’s been two weeks. The car is still on their website and they never were able to tell me if the car is available or not. I had somebody to go check the car out and then they said it’s in reconditioning and that they will call back when it’s ready. I have contacted the dealership for info on payments and Dylan did not reach back to me the next day I contacted the dealership again for info on the payments and he told me that the car was sold do not Make any deal with Dylan.

Our experience was not great. We thought they did not want to deal with us much after I told them my budget. Also, we thought the trade in value for our truck was too low. They offered us a used vehicle that we showed interest in but, again, came in only Pennie’s lower than our budget amount. We felt like we weren’t their time at all.
