I was lied to by the finance department of this business and lied to by the general manager to get me to even come down there, but the finance department sold me a warranty and told me that it covered everything 10 year bumper to bumper my fault or not paint and the interior drivetrain the whole ball wax when I went to get it repaired guess what warranty doesn’t cover that so be careful if you go in there they will lie like dogs

Best dealership I have worked with. I contacted five dealerships in three states and Hallmark was the best. They were upfront and worked with me to get the right vehicle. Cheyenne was great, she located the vehicle we wanted and kept us updated throughout the process. Steve, the sales manager, did not hide the ball and told me the best price upfront - he made the process seamless. I highly recommend the current team at Hallmark Hyundai

0 stars! Very poor service dept! We have had two brand new cars and both have had issues that they “couldn’t find” after multiple times bringing vehicle in, wasting our time. Currently have taken my Santa Fe in twice for a fan issue that they say is normal however my temp gauge is now near H and my air conditioning doesn’t work. Of course they can’t get the vehicle in for 2 months or so. Either incompetent or trying to not honor the warranty. Totally disgusted with this business. Would not recommend!

Terrible service dept. Contacted dealership from office mgr to service mgr to the GM and no wonder their service is so bad if the GM *****. They charged me for an oil change that they did not put oil back in my vehicle and they do not know how to perform something as simple as lubing a sunroof. Their wait time is 45+ days while other Hyundai dealerships in the area, you can get in within a week. The worst company to deal with ever! They have had my Hyundai Tuscon for 7 months and it's still not fixed. The Service Guy M*** is rude, unprofessional, always nochalant about any concerns you have. Always has 1000 excuses and no one ever knows what their doing. I've called every week for 7 months and I get a different answer everytime I speak w someone.
