Dan took $5000 dollar deposit and never returned . Do not deal with this company .
Don't deal with this company. We are sorely disappointed with Hallmark HVAC. Last September we were given a quote and paid a deposit for the work on the two buildings within our duplex complex. They did not complete the work and have not returned our deposit. We have been told they cannot complete the work and will return our deposit of more than $2400 - that was months ago. Poor communication, poor customer service. Shameful. Buyer beware.
They encapsulated my crawl space. It had very weird smell after the process I don’t have the smell anymore. Great value for their service.
Horrible service. Dan never delivered what was promised on time, when he called back he would later text to cancel previous plans. After encapsulating our Crawlspace and still having water problems, Dan has been unresponsive, and has lied multiple times about fixing the problems with his work. He also offered $50 for a 5 star review, I am glad I didn’t take it.
Dan did what he said he would do even though our crawl space encapsulation project was more difficult and costly than he thought. He is pleasant to work with and left our home cleaned up at the end of his work. I would use him again if needed but would insist on a tighter timeline.
