Hallmark Homes gave us the most pleasant experience building our home. From start to finish they were always there, communicating and making sure everything was done right. Austin and Carl are incredible to work with. Carl really and truly stands by his work. I can tell he really takes pride in what he does. Our home could not be more beautiful and we have Hallmark Homes to thank. Thank you so very much for building us a beautiful home of great quality.
Was in contact for 10 days, the build wasn’t right. Transitions on new build didn’t match up. Decided to go another direction and Halmark jammed us for 100% of the earnest money and sold the house to someone else. Wouldn’t do business with them.
Overall Hallmark Homes builds a quality product and stands behind it. Finishes, floor plans, elevations and features are well planned out and selected. Happy with the purchase and customer service. Austin Wilkes was professional, courteous and on top of scheduling trades for our warranty items.
