I'm not sure if they're understaffed or what. The employees are nice enough, but I wasn't exactly happy with my experience. My main complaint was that when I needed help, it was rare that I would get a response, and when I did, they weren't available to send anyone out to help me. Let me back up and say I have a picc line with IV antibiotics that I have ZERO experience with.. it's kind of hard to explain to someone the problems you're having with this type of thing over the phone without them physically being able to see it.... read more
Hallmark is unreliable, they are known not to show up and they DO NOT CALL TO LET YOU KNOW!!
