Nursing is horrible
I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!!
Visiting RN (Yamalie) and Physical Therapist (Jesse) were fantastic. Both were extremely helpful and very attentive to questions and concerns.
My Father was a resident at Oosterman's Rest Home in Melrose where he received wonderful care. Hallmark Health VNA and Hospice worked with the Oosterman Caregivers to provide additional services at the end of his life. They provided care and comfort to my Dad and our family. This care included nursing care, hospice care, visits from a Chaplain and a volunteer to visit with my Father. A late night phone call to Hospice was returned in 5 minutes. Hospice was available to me and my family 24/7. Couldn't have asked for better support. They came through when we needed them. Can't thank them enough. I highly recommend them.
