My experience and expectation was meet beyond measures beginning with my initial contact with my service advisor Ms.Amanda along with Ms.Julian (could be wrong). They were able to get my truck in and diagnosed in an unbelievable, timely manner - not only was it fast it was accurate. The burden of my truck having problems is now gone and the search for a trust worthy place is on the past. Hallmark Ford is the place I’ll be going and so should you!

Great parts team at Hallmark Ford! Desperately needed an engine wiring harness for one of my service trucks in Kansas City, and Hallmark was the only dealer we could find in the country with one in stock that was willing to pull and ship to us same day. The guys we worked with in the parts department were extremely helpful and friendly. Really helped to get us out of a jam and back up and running. Thanks guys!
