Services has the worst business practice. Never experienced this at the Oxford or Southaven locations. I have ever experienced. Either youre understaffed or just pure lazy or maybe it’s just both. My 2022 king ranch randomly broke down and I towed it the same day to this place as directed by my warranty. I pay $700 month with warranty only to receive bs service.
