TAKE YOUR DRY CLEANING ELSEWHERE! I dropped of a suit, two tops, and two wool coats. They did not clean the wool coats. They gave them back in a bag because there was a minimal amount of pet hair on one of them. I was told to “wash them and bring them back.” They also charged me for cleaning them, which, clearly, they did not. It should go without saying that wool coats are dry clean only.
