This is my 3rd time here this month and this has to be the worst wash I have had and the slowness is ridiculous. My car sat out here for 45 minutes before someone wiped it down, like what in the world. Definitely changed from 10 years ago. I won’t be coming back.

Son recommended them. I went with the highest level of express wash because my grandson was asleep and I didn't want to get him out of the truck for a full detail. Had to come home and rewash my truck. Soap didn't rinse off. Just awful!
RecommendedFirst time to use Hallmark Car Wash, but they did a good job
Exceptionally rude manager named Al and very cocky and rude employee Alex. Had car washed and interior cleaned, had to have them re-vacuum twice and then had to have them remove all of the Armor-All that was gotten all over every single part of my cloth interior, plus the inside of your rims are not part of the car wash according to them. If you don’t want your car worse after then avoid this place.
Got a busted windshield in the car wash, manager claimed that it’s a known fact on hot days the cold water they use can crack your windshield. It was only 79 that day! Car wash cost me 250.00 for new windshield!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Went to Jiffy Lube to get oil change, got a coupon for a FREE car wash next door. Decided to get upgrade & gurl outside says you only pay $11.00 for the upgrade so went inside once again the girl says $11.00 for your wash, didn’t pay attention if the ticket & got home looked at ticket it says $24.99 which is FULL price, called Hallmark Car wash, girl in phone says I’ll have the mgr to call you back, it’s been a while F**king week and NO CALL back yet.....NEVER NEVER EVER GOING back. Decided to take my car since jiffy lube paid for it. This is is driver floorboard. Back was not vacuumed either. This place has not changed at all. Pay your employees better so they will provide better customer service experience.
