This place is full of bedbugs. Two buildings at least are infested. No one have came out to treat. It has been almost a month. Nasty

I've called three times and emailed once about my daughter having asthma and having no ac. I was told I'd see a tech on Monday and yet I have no ac so here I am renting a window unit where I see that my window seal has rooted And has been painted over to hide it. Also, my HVAC units were supposed to be replaced last summer and apparently, only the air handler was replaced, I work for an HVAC company that would never allow a customer to replace just the air handler and not the whole unit which is why it has failed. The management/staff is by far the rudest, most unprofessional I have ever encountered. Jennifer is an angry, hateful, hostile, ignorant human being and should not be working anywhere near the general public. The assistant 'manager' is very rude and condescending. They are not there to help anyone. Neither one should be employed in my opinion. Jennifer became aggressive and physical, and the police had to be called. Sad and ridiculous excuse of human beings and 'professionals'.
