I checked out today after a terrible experience at this motel. Last night, there was a fight involving outsiders and possibly guests, right outside the property, and my car was damaged during the chaos. The motel staff showed no concern and remained inside the office the entire time. There is clearly no security or safety measures in place for guests. I strongly advise others to avoid staying in this area of West Memphis—it's unsafe and not suitable for families. I’ve attached photos of the damage as proof. So many fighting ... read more

My husband is in W Memphis for work & spends 98% of his time on the rd so we are very familiar with hotel life. He stayed in. Halmarc while working in PortArthur,Tx & we were so impressed with the quality there I decided to book him in W Memphis as well. Beyond impressed!! The front desk is VERY hospitable! Staff is friendly & extremely helpful. It’s very clean & not run down or grungy at all. Much appreciated customer service in person & over the phone.
