If you are black or brown and have lived in low income apartments do not go there . The woman that works there does racial profiling and will tell you to go apply with property managements in messed up neighborhoods.
This place was taken over 9 months ago and from what I see, it’s been wonderful. Staff is very efficient and friendly, apartment was very clean. I see a lot of the reviews were from years ago but I promise it has changed for the better
