When Tim was personally involved they were amazing so I always thought they were great to work with, until we had a problem. They managed our property for over 9 years. They under charged the rent for years despite 2 separate requests to update the pricing, but we were happy it was rented so we really didn’t push the issue. Gave me a poor review for an apartment. JOKES ON THEM BECAUSE I STILL GOT IT 🤣🤣 All because Beverly threw an envelope at me through a mail slot and it hit the ground ! She’s very unprofessional and Mr.Tim takes the side of his employees instead of trying to understand both sides .
Every encounter I’ve had with the receptionist in this office thus far has been nothing but bad experiences. They are extremely rude and I’m not sure why things haven’t changed considering multiple reviews previously say the same thing. If you are a property owner, I would not use this business for the sole fact that they treat their tenants terribly (for reference, my lease started not even a month ago).
These people are horrible they play around I still owe money on a water bill for a sewer line that I just moved into wasn’t even there but a month and my 1st water bill was $300 all because they don’t take care of anything took them forever to fix my a/c sent guys over there who didn’t even fix it! Please don’t rent from these people!!! If I could give them ZERO STARS I WOULD!
I am like others.. If I could give negative stars I would. I rented for 3 years from them and never had any big issues. I got sited for my trash being knocked over (the neighbors dogs knocked it over and I was at work), Then got sited for a box and the plastic that wraps around an appliance that was in my yard. That was not my trash there was tornados the night before and it was from the neighbors yard they had just got a new kitchen appliance.
