It is very concerning that they have repeatedly lost applications/information. Upon a scheduled showing at the A E Coffin apartments in New Bedford, when entering I smelled a gas pilot on, I was told the space was freshly painted, I insisted that it was gas. There was a beeping sound almost immediately after.
