I am a DIYer they are very helpful each time I visit!
Needed a new kitchen tap after ours had broken. The gentleman who spoke to us was so friendly and talked us through the whole process how to change the old tap for the new tap. He also put all the parts together for us in the shop so we knew what to do when we got home. We'll be heading back in future.
Purchased my boiler from here. Decent price, and was in stock too. Counter staff really helpful and he helped me load it into my car too.
