Hallie is very thorough and professional. She’s a top notch service provider. You’ll be hard pressed to find anyone better.
Called cope. The person that answered was not very careful with their words and came off very condescending, and didn't come from empathy. The person told me that I should just go to the source directly and not get help from them, when I continuously told them that my family does need help from them. Anyway. Not calling this place again. Waste of time and I felt nobody really cared about mental health. Here, I'll save you a call: Do all the work yourself. 🙄 That's literally what the person told me.
