Got my brand new home on the 13th of Feb, where Hallidays have installed a ducted air conditioner and signed it off. The ducted air con and heating doesn’t work and they have sent two techs that came armed with excuses and no resolution. It’s taken 18 days for them to now tell me it’s a warranty claim with daiken. Ther trades rock up to site without required parts after a week of waiting. Then they take another week to get back to site. Too much work eh!! Get more staff?
Atrocious service. Lackadaisical in attending to a customer's request for service, they are also pretty defensive about their lack of responsiveness. I have been struggling with my airconditioning unit going totally bust for over a week now and all I get daily is promises of someone "calling me back", and here I am...still waiting. Terrible, high-handed attitude.
They are my builders default heating/cooling installer and are really bad at their work as things are already falling off within six months of moving into a newly built home. Their technician identified and replaced a delaminated return air duct, confirming a fault in the ducting system. This is clearly not normal wear and tear for a brand-new installation. Absolute disaster to Deal with this company. No work ethics. Poor installation lead to excessive gas bill. They came twice to repair and caused other issues with different zones. Not taking responsibility for their own fault and made us wait to get repair. Reported to our builder who used this company for heating.
