I had an amazing experience with Hallidays Heating and Cooling. I moved into my new home and 6 months later, the ducted gas heating won’t turn on. The technician sent out to have a look was amazing and professional. The issue was quickly resolved. Thank you Hallidays.

Metricon used this company to install my Actron heating and cooling. Since the start of the job I have had endless problems with the workmanship. They incorrectly installed the unit then fixed it then the ducts in the ceiling constantly come apart causing issues with the system Poor service too as they don’t come out quickly to fix the issues

Got my brand new home on the 13th of Feb, where Hallidays have installed a ducted air conditioner and signed it off. The ducted air con and heating doesn’t work and they have sent two techs that came armed with excuses and no resolution. It’s taken 18 days for them to now tell me it’s a warranty claim with daiken. So my question is…. Who signed it off? How does a brand new home and $17,000 unit not work at all???? Non compliant works, ducts undone in ceiling, wires hanging from my wall outside. Ther trades rock up to site without required parts after a week of waiting. Then they take another week to get back to site. Too much work eh!! Get more staff?
