Poorly prepared dr had not even looked at my records and then proceeded to give me a consultation. Terrible communication. The Fellow insisted that I had to go through her before I could talk with the dr. Dr. told me to 'read up' on the different treatment options. I did not receive anything in writing about what I should read. Terrible, bordering on incompetence.
I would give this practice a negative 5 stars. I arrived at the office 10 minutes prior to my appointment and had to wait 25 minutes to check in. I waited another 35 minutes and then I left. Totally unacceptable. Patients allow doctors to get away with keeping you waiting. If your appointment is for 10am the doctor should be ready at 10am
Love Dr. Miragya. Staff is great and efficient. Lots of parking.
Good people. Have a few faults. But try harder for the most part.
They didn't contact me about an abnormal thyroid goiter result. It took approximately 6 calls to get them to respond once I learned from my PRIMARY Dr, that I had abnormal result (cancer)? Had a total thyroidectomy 3 weeks ago, and after taking several days to get through (albeit, through the answering service), I still have yet to hear back from anyone! Did I mention that the endocronolgist that did the biopsy originally, moved.. Without any notification from the center! This "medical" facility is plain old horrible! They c... read more
