My daughter lives on the 9th floor of 43 Town Square in Lima, Ohio. She’s been without air conditioning for the past few days. She contacted the office and they didn’t send anyone to look at it the first day, but they did stick a note under her door saying they were going to be around the next morning to replace filters in the hvac units. Make sure you give 30 days notice before you die, according to them it's required. My mother just passed away. Her place is Morris Illinois and for the elderly. We were denied the deposit for dubious reasons and was told to be thankful that they did not charge us next months rent because my dead mother did not give 30 days notice.. stear clear of these crooks
Have lived here almost 2 years now and just signed for another year. I love it here! Staff are helpful and responsive, amenities and location are awesome. Love being close to all the things happening in town, but without the parking hassle in places like the Fan or Scott's. The area is really picking up, too with the addition of a whole bunch of new restaurants and the beloved Richmond breweries. Plus the already well established neighborhood spots are always great. A community in the truest sense.

Worst company to ever rent from my apt had mold in it I moved out aug 31 this is now dec and I haven’t received my deposit back yet which I have emails and text saying I would receive my full deposit back ! I filed paperwork today I will see them in court!
