I bought a mug at Sherwood Forest, but unfortunately the venue had an unavoidable power outage that ruined a batch’s annealing. He sent me another mug, which got destroyed by my post office, and then another one, which got here safe and sound. Both replacements were sent without charge, and even in the same colors as the original mug. The response times and customer service are amazing. The mugs themselves are all beautiful. They shine with so many colors in the sun, I would gladly buy from Haller Glass again.
