This past Monday, December 8th the Haller technician in my area, Austin Black, arrived to perform my annual HVAC PM service, focusing on our furnace. Austin is very knowledgeable, polite, friendly and most of all, very skilled in his work. He explained everything he did in a concise and easy to understand fashion. Haller installed a SEER 16 AC unit for me about 8-9 years ago. The AC unit has always struggled to keep up with the thermostat demand. I had Haller come out after the first year and they added refrigerant, which the Tech said was odd for such a young unit. When the weather got extremely hot the last few weeks the unit ran constantly and if I lowered the thermostat more than 2 degrees lower the unit could not keep up. Ran constantly.
