Worst customer service . Called and they said it would be 59.00. To have someone come out. Then they call me back 10 min. Later and say it will be 200.00 and an hour in a half. Ok. Whatever I need the service. Then an hour and half goes by ....still no go. So I call the company. They tell me it's going to be another hour and 15 min. Later!!! I called neffsville plumbing and heating! Much better service and someone will be out in about 30 min. Plus a third of the price!! Don't waste your money here.

Regular folk extremely busy never unable to help someone who is in need. They have rescued me more than once. Talk with thwm
I have been completely disappointed with this company. I tried for three years to do business with them. I have uploaded some pictures to show how careless they are. They obviously have no regard to your investment. we had a repair issue a few months back. The first tech made the issue worse, it took a second visit to fix the issue. I canceled the subscription service yet they continued to send me invoices. I can't believe this was even acceptable work in their eyes. Drilled holes wrong, Installed the drainage pipes wrong...... read more
Called for emergency service and when the technician called me back he gave me advice on what to look for. Thanks to him I was able to fix my air conditioner in a matter of minutes.
