We used Haller for a new HVAC system last year (heat pump). The sales and installation process went very smoothly, but our experience with their customer service and responsiveness regarding our maintenance plan has been absolutely terrible ever since. First they billed us incorrectly for the twice/year preventative maintenance plan, which took forever to get straightened out. We've last had a PM visit in February and were told that they'd be contacting us to schedule the second one about 6 months later. They never did and I... read more
