I am writing this to provide an account of a deeply disturbing experience a family member had with Rees. This was not a simple 'bad service'; it was a case of gross professional negligence and an unsafe environment. Technical Malpractice: After paying $200 (plus tax and a $40 tip), the client returned with catastrophic chemical damage.
