El Doctor moya lo mejor pero el personal es pesimo se Les Pidieron los records moos por que tengo un Nuevo doctor y hace 3 semanas y no Dan respuesta Deja’s mensaje y nunca te regresan la llamada que tristeza falta de etica lamentable
Excellent service overall! The doctors, nurses and office personnel.
Horrible!!! Vayan a otra clínica primaria. Falta de empatía y seriedad médica. Si fuera por ellos te hacen sacar varias veces sangre como si fueras ganado, en lugar de hacerte todos los análisis juntos. Son “amablemente” irresponsables. En definitiva para burlar al seguro son capaces de cualquier cosa además de jugar con tu salud y tu tiempo.
Atiéndase con otro médico. Para alcanzar cita debes esperar más de un mes, no importa la condición que tengas. Y si te encuentras con alguna situación donde llegas 10 minutos pasado la cita no te quiere atender. Te envían los documentos por mensaje de texto para que los llenes antes de la cita y NO LOS RECIBEN. Además, no te pueden ayudar porque “el sistema está lento”. Cero profesionalismo. Además de no verme, me envían 5 meses después una factura médica cobrándome un NO SHOW FEE! MUCHO OJO CON ESTE MÉDICO.
If I could leave zero star, I would. Dr. Moya was highly disappointing and unprofessional. I have never met a doctor like this. During my visit, we encountered a disagreement regarding my condition that escalated to an unacceptable level. Dr. Moya became rude, and he ended up screaming at me, causing me considerable distress. He has no empathy or care for his patients. Despite eventually agreeing to conduct necessary lab tests, the situation took a turn for the worse.
