Worst customer service experience I’ve had at a doctor’s office. I called to schedule an appointment with Dr. Moya, and the front desk staff member, Natalia, was unbelievably difficult to deal with. I asked to book with Dr. Moya specifically. She told me he wasn’t available for a month, so I said that was fine, I was happy to wait. She then pushed me to see a different doctor instead. Avoid trying to schedule an appointment with Dr. Moya. This is especially true if you are unwell, as the office lures you in under the guise of seeing Dr. Moya, only to force you to see a nurse practitioner instead of a medical doctor. Medicine for money comes with Karma
If I could leave zero star, I would. Dr. Moya was very unprofessional. He has no empathy towards his patients. I came to see him regarding my autoimmune condition. The first visit, he was okay. The second visit, he was upset I was back so quickly to his office. Why am I bothering him again? "There's nothing else to do for you!" He said. We disagreed in many ways and he ended SCREAMING at me. I was crying. He ended up accepting to order some labs that I've been asking for since the beginning of the visit.
