They are a disaster; from management to the front desk. Girls do not answer the phone. After five calls on two consecutive days (ten calls). They claim the desk was empty where the calls come through. Doctors are fine and Kay, lab tech is awesome. Otherwise they deserve a minus 200. I hate this place.
They deserve a zero. Today, after taking the day off from work, I, a client who has been coming to this clinic for three years was turned away and denied treatment for a $35.00 co-pay. I understand their "policy" but I made a human error - I had left my credit card in my other purse.
