I called to make an appt. for me and my wife! AN OLD WOMAN, answer the phone, I requested to have the latest appt at any day. She offer me an appt the second day at 11.45, I said: "I requested the latest appt available at any day". Then she offer me an appt in 3 weeks at 1.45....After few words back and forth she reply: The Doctor cannot accomodate you, you're free to go to see another doctor and she hang up on me! NICE!!!! Front desk lady who handles phones is rude . Older lady & I’m assuming they keep her around because she’s worked there for a while . Doesn’t mean she should get a pass for being disrespectful. It’s time for an upgrade — customers deserve better service than dealing with someone grouchy and rude & old. time to retire with that short temper grouchy in office with patients and on phone . Not the only one who’s complained about the old lady who handles patients & the calls.
