With the recent very cold weather, I noticed that not all the rooms were receiving adequate heating. Ernie came over and discovered that there was no damper in the duct system in the attic, thus resulting in an unequal air distribution. They were able to accommodate me for same day service on a sweltering day to fix our AC another vendor no showed. The guys were super professional, quick, and skillful, fixing the issue temporarily while they got the necessary part, and then coming back a day or two later with the needed part to finish fixing it. Will definitely call them the next time.
