Typical big building company. Very busy building new homes so when it comes down to service related items they dont respond to the issue in a timely matter, or put it off all together. Use the excuse that is all the City requires on a grading issue. I suggest put issues in writting and summit for future reference if items don't get resolved
Nice houses.. nice area in Lakeland
Beautiful homes! Just wished they offered a community minus the pool and gated to cut down on the HOA fees. I could live without a pool and playground.
