Poor customer service. Wanted to get an estimate for my 2024 Buick which had been vandalized. Went on Halladay website. Selected make appointment for auto body repair. Website stated I would be contacted to make appointment for estimate. This was on a Thursday. By Tuesday I had not been contacted. Went in person to Halladay Body Shop and was told they have no access to their website. I was asked to make an appointment and come back for estimate the next day, Unacceptable. If I can give zero stars I would. This is for the location on **** ******* **** ******** **. I went in on Feb 10 to get and estimate on my car. I was told to come back march 13 2023 and to take two days off work to have them work on my car. Jesse told me this. Today I go in (mind you, it has been over a month) and told that I did not have an appointment. The receptionist went to Jesse who told me to come march 13, to see what happened. He stated that the parts hadn't come in yet and it takes a week for them to come in and th... read more
