What a fantastic sales experience I just had with Hope here. I'm a rather picky person and I was debating between a truck here and at another dealership. I dropped my car off for an oil change and a new headlight and walked out the door with a bill for $1000+. It's fine if parts and labor on the headlight really are $600 but in what world is it cool to spring that bill on someone without calling and saying "Hey here's the cost you're looking at for the headlight. You still want to go through with it today?"
