Made me drive over an hour to have someone look at my vehicle to get a trade-in quote just for them to tell me they aren't educated enough on my specific vehicle and have to reach out and ask someone else. Should have started with that. I feel like I was working with the most incompetent business. Not to mention, waiting for 20+ minutes for my sales person to come help me when we had a scheduled appointment to meet. Waste of my time and not trust worthy enough to ever have my business again.
We were on vacation and needed a brake line repaired....got us back to enjoying our camping trip in no time... EXTREMELY friendly service...

I had a great experience working with Dani at Hallada Ford. I visited with her over a year ago with the vague idea that I wanted to buy a new or used vehicle that was hybrid or PHEV. Basically I had no idea what I wanted, I just knew it was time to replace my current vehicle which had 235,000 miles on it!
