I have had my Atlas serviced here 4 times now. Each time I hope I will be greeted upon arrival and treated respectfully and with gladness, I have yet to experience that. These expectations of greeting and service come from what I have experienced at other dealerships with previous vehicles. At this service center when I arrive, I stand outside my car and look around to find someone to help me for my scheduled appointment. Had a flat tire at the dealership next door and went over to these guys to put in air so I could try to make it home. Very friendly staff and folks didn't charge anything, highly recommend.
Honestly probably the rudest “service advisor” I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. If you would like someone to be condescending to you when you're asking simple questions about your car this is the place to go. It is fair and not a crazy thing to ask about the general well-being and health of a car. This gentleman with black teeth could not really explain what was done to my car and gave me very general answers when I came to pay.
