My report to the BBB: I feel like any problem with the engine is directly related to service you preformed. If it is not related to a service you preformed than it was a missed diagnosc from your technicians. I feel like your team has been consistent in not diagnosing problems. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER I just brought a new 2011 Jetta from Hall VW.This is my 6th VW and by far the best experience I have had, everyone was so helpful they showed concern that I new how to work all the option as I had never had navagation on a car before.my husband brought a 2007 GTI last June and had a problem with it,he tock it into Hall service and was very impressed how they took care of him. If you need a new VW go Hall VW and if you need service go to Hall VW
Don't buy from this group I bought a used car from them. They said that they would fix the check engine light problem. They did initially, but after a week it went on again. I had to threaten a lawyer to get them to look at it afterward, though they agreed to fix the problem in the contract. I took it back and they said my vehicle was misfiring and that they were not going to do anything about the problem.
